Duane V. Wallery Sr

Duane V. Wallery Sr., age 64, resident of Lawton, ND, passed away after a lengthy battle with cancer on Sunday, November 8, 2015 at his home.
Duane Victor Wallery was born November 15, 1950 in Glen Ullin, ND, the son of Victor and Alice (Himmerich) Wallery.
Duane was preceded in death by his father, Victor Wallery and his brother, Gary Wallery.
He leaves behind a son, Duane Wallery Jr. of Newell, SD; granddaughter, Jericka Wallery; mother, Alice Wallery of Cooperstown, ND; 2 sisters, Valerie (Louis) Weber of Lawton, ND and Cindy (Dennis) Knapp of Colorado Springs, CO; 2 brothers, Tim Wallery of Cooperstown, ND and Randy (Mary) Wallery of Parker, CO; along with many nieces and nephews.
Duane attended school in Cooperstown, ND, then later moved to Houston, TX, where he worked for several years as an insurance adjuster before retiring in Lawton, ND.
The Funeral Service will be held at the Lawton Lutheran Church, Lawton, ND, on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be held at the church for one hour prior to the service.
The Committal Service will be held at the Glen Ullin Cemetery, Glen Ullin, ND, on Thursday, November 12, 2015 at 1:00 p.m.
