Jody Lynn Borgerson, age 56 of Bottineau, ND, died Sunday, August 20, 2017 at a Dunseith nursing home.
A graveside service will take place on Thursday, August 31, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Lakota Cemetery.
Jody Lynn Borgerson, the daughter of Dorrell and Karen (Kleven) Ellis, was born October 11, 1960 at Devils Lake, ND. She was raised in Lakota and later lived in Rugby and Willow City. On July 15, 1995, she married Loren Borgerson at Rugby. They moved to Bottineau in 1995 where they have resided since.
She is survived by her husband, Loren of Bottineau; son, Shane Ellis of Phoenix, AZ; 5 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; step daughter, Jennifer Borgerson-Dion of Devils Lake; brother, Terry Ellis of Salem, VA; sister, Michelle Kartas of Albertville, MN; and step father, Roger Sundeen of Phoenix, AZ.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Kim Ellis.
