Marlowe Albin Stenslie May 16, 1952 – January 18 2026

Marlowe was born May 16, 1952, in McVille, ND to the late Albin and Stella Stenslie and was raised in McVille, North Dakota. He was caring brother to Geraldine K. Harder and brother-in-law Darol Harder. Dear uncle to Kevin A. (Brenda) Harder and Kenneth D. (Lisa) Harder.

Marlowe was a 1970 graduate of McVille High School. With a knack for carpentry skills and building design he went on to graduate from North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton, ND graduating class of 1972. Marlowe designed and built many of the houses and apartments in his home town of McVille. Marlowe moved to Bullhead City, AZ where he owned Grand Horizon Development, where he designed and built nearly 50 houses in the Bullhead City area.

Marlowe resided most of his 73 years in Bullhead City, AZ and most recently in Cal-Nev-Ari, NV. Marlowe had many friends in Cal-Nev-Ari, Laughlin and Bullhead City. Marlowe was big into the building trades and spent much of his time attending new and inventive building seminars and conventions.

Marlowe will be missed greatly by his friends and family.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 7, 2026 with visitation beginning at 12:00 p.m. at Stanley-Iverson Funeral Home, McVille, ND. Burial will be at the McVille Cemetery, in the spring.
