Oliver Sampson, age 93, resident of Edmore, ND, died Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at the Good Samaritan Society in Park River, ND.
C. Oliver Sampson was born March 14, 1931 the Chester and Thelma (Lowe) Sampson of Edmore, ND. Oliver farmed and ranched south of Edmore. He was a missionary to Japan for several years.
Oliver is survived by his sister, Carol Sampson of Edmore; and 15 nieces & nephews; and also his Japanese church family.
The Funeral Service for Oliver will be held at Living Word Lutheran Church of Edmore, ND, on Monday, June 3, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be in the Edmore Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church on Monday, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
