Peggy P Reisenauer

Peggy Pearl Reisenauer, age 66, resident of McVille, ND passed away Sunday, April 14, 2019 at Nelson County Health System Hospital in McVille.

Peggy was born July 25, 1952 the daughter of Sheldon and Alma (McCann) Whitcomb at Ponca City, OK.  She went to school in Eckelson Public and Valley City High School.  Peggy worked at McVille Bowling Alley as a cook.  She ran the bar at the American Legion for a while, and then went to work at Fargo Assembly in Michigan.  She and her high school sweet heart, Gary Sjokvist, lived together for 7 years.  Peggy enjoyed her friends and co-workers.

Peggy is survived by Gary Sjokvist, brother Ed (Betty) Whitcomb, nephews Jim Jr. and Jerome Lindvall, nieces Tammy Whitcomb, Valley City, and Angela (Bob) Colling, Horace, and cousin Patti Mills, Harper, KS.

Peggy is preceded in death by her parents and sister Susan.

A gathering of family and friends will be held at Double Down Bar of McVille, ND from 1 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, May 4, 2019.
