Theodore "Ted" O. Roisland

Theodore “Ted” Obert Roisland, 86, of rural McVille, ND died December 17, 2016 in his home.
Ted was born October 2, 1930 the son of Ole and Tillie Roisland. He lived his early years on a farm at Banks, ND that is now Twin Valley Township near Watford City, ND. In 1937, Ted and his parents moved to Kloten, ND where Tillie had grown up. Ted stayed on the family farm and farmed his whole life in addition to working as a welder for Wil-Rich, Inc. in McVille.
Ted is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his special friends Ronald Miller of McVille, ND and John Hillesland of Aneta, ND; cousins Roger (Delores) Flatland and Lyle (Nita) Flatland both of Watford City, ND and Jo Ann (Lane) Anderson of Keene, ND.
A memorial service for Ted will be held Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at 1 p.m. at Stanley-Iverson Funeral Home of McVille, ND. Interment will be in the spring at Valley Grove Cemetery, Kloten, ND.
